Gila S. Singer

Counsel

Before joining Zaiger LLC as Counsel in 2024, Gila was an associate at the highly regarded litigation boutique Joseph Hage Aaronson LLC. Before that, she was an associate in the litigation department of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Her practice has focused on litigating complex commercial disputes for clients including financial institutions, corporations, and law firms. She has litigated matters involving a broad range of substantive and procedural issues, including contractual and fiduciary liability, liability under the securities laws and RICO, legal malpractice, and malicious prosecution claims. Gila has experience handling every stage of litigation, including discovery, summary judgment, trials, and arbitrations, as well as appellate practice in the state and federal courts. 

Gila is a member of the Bar in New York and is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuits as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
