Our Approach

Early identification of potential litigation

The Firm’s unique relationship with its clients is such that the Firm is aware of day-to-day business developments that may result in litigation well before a complaint is filed. This perspective benefits its clients: It allows the Firm to assist them in steering clear of costly litigation if their goals can be otherwise achieved. In addition, if litigation is pursued, there is no wasted time and expense in onboarding the Firm and familiarizing it with the facts, players, and relevant documents. When a client decides to litigate, the Firm is in lockstep with it.

Flexible litigation strategy

For every matter it undertakes, the Firm tailors its role to the needs of the case. Matters are litigated independently or in partnership with other outside law firms, depending on a multitude of factors, including the size of the case, its subject matter, and cost. The Firm is also structured so that it can seamlessly adjust its role as a case develops and needs change. By partnering with some of the nations’ top trial-lawyers, the Firm further leverages its litigation expertise and understanding of its clients’ needs into results that benefit its clients.

Effective litigation without the built in cost

The Firm is structured to eliminate much of the built-in cost of business litigation. Much of these savings are realized during discovery, where the Firm’s special access to its clients allows it to dramatically reduce the cost of collecting information and documents that are needed for the case. It also eliminates the need for formal client calls and updates that are costly but add inconsistent value to the case objectives. By cutting down on the administrative — and cost-driving — aspects of business litigation, the Firm can focus on developing and executing winning strategies.
