Early identification of potential litigation
The Firm’s unique relationship with its clients is such that the Firm is aware of day-to-day business developments that may result in litigation well before a complaint is filed. Flexible litigation strategy
For every matter it undertakes, the Firm tailors its role to the needs of the case. Matters are litigated independently or in partnership with other outside law firms, depending on a multitude of factors, including the size of the case, its subject matter, and cost.
