Jeffrey H. Zaiger
Founding Partner
Jeffrey H. Zaiger is the founding Partner of Zaiger LLC. Jeff is a seasoned litigator who has prosecuted and defended a broad range of high-stakes business cases in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings throughout the country. Prior to forming the Firm in spring 2019, Jeff was a Partner at Joseph Hage Aaronson LLC where he litigated on behalf of corporate and institutional clients, including Black Diamond. These disputes involved claims of breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, legal malpractice, defamation, insurance coverage, RICO violations, and other complex commercial claims.
Jeff is a member of the Bar in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts, and he is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fifth and Ninth Circuits, and numerous U.S. District Courts.
Beginning in 2013, Jeff was recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine in its ‘New York Rising Stars’ list for Business-Litigation. The distinction is comprised of the top 2% of up-and-coming attorneys under 40. Jeff was also selected as a “Super Lawyer” for Business Litigation in his first year of eligibility in 2021.
